Not All Heroes Wear Capes

Help our little Superheroes raise money for the Poole Hospital Charity

Throughout this week alongside our amazing team, our First Steps little Superheroes have been busy raising money for the Poole Hospital Charity. Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, our NHS Heroes have given so much, and we wanted to help support our local hospital by raising as much money as possible to this fantastic charity. They support so many of the wards at Poole Hospital affected by covid-19 and do a brilliant job. It’s not too late to donate and we are still working on hitting our target of £1500 so please continue to share our page and donate!

Throughout the week we have seen all of the children and staff dressing up as superheroes and we’ve had some amazing costumes including; wonder woman, spiderman, batman, the hulk, Supergirl and sooooo many more.

We were really impressed with some of the costumes especially the children who chose to honour our NHS and emergency services by wearing doctors, nurses, firemen and police costumes too. The children have taken part in some superhero dancing with an old classic ‘Superman’, created lots of superhero craft to take home and took on different superhero challenges too. We’ve also been working on a very special superhero book which our families were able to purchase for £2. We will be making special videos of these stories which you will be able to view on our YouTube page in the following weeks!
